It started with a simple strategic shift: from time running out to time being given. Challenging the perception of a children’s hospice as a place of sadness and loss, to reveal the reality of Acorns, somewhere human, joyful and full of life. A place where time is the currency of care. Because children don’t stop being children because of a condition. Childhood isn’t cancelled because they’re ill. That led to the idea of turning Acorns into a Time Machine. Not one that gives families more time, but one that changes what time feels like - creating time for seriously ill children to simply be children. So when you donate to Acorns, you’re not just giving money, you’re giving time. Created with the team at Lunar.
