Digbeth in Birmingham UK, is a unique bohemian neighbourhood. Its gritty facade was once the industrial heartland. Now, referred to as the 'Creative Quarter,' due to the many unique creative businesses that call it home - from the well established to small start-ups. To attract more investment to the area, I worked with One Black Bear agency for Oval Property Developments, to create an overarching style starting with a series of leasing brochures to showcase the exciting opportunities available. Inspired by the iconic architecture, its industrial beginnings to the street art found on every corner.
